‘Simple Steps to Riding Success’ Evening with Liz Morrison – 28 January 2010

Wey Valley RC are hosting an evening with Liz Morrison, NLP Trainer, Sports Psychologist and author of ‘Simple Steps to Riding Success’. Liz will talk about techniques that are appropriate to individual needs from goal setting such as jumping with confidence to visualization exercises done half an hour before an event.
Starts 7.30 p.m. at Haslemere Preparatory School, GU27 2JP.
